Hours
Full Time - 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 am - 4:30 pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required; overtime rate applies.

Salary
Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join Thames Water permanently. As part of the Inventory Operations and Supply Management team, you will provide safe custody and real-time visibility of our stock holdings. You will ensure a first-class professional delivery and collection service across all Thames Water & Alliance locations of critical stock and equipment to support the operational teams during customer and operational incidents. Your responsibilities will include operating mechanical handling equipment safely, FLT driving (training will be provided), using SAP to maintain accurate inventory levels, updating stock records, safely loading and unloading vehicles, managing daily receipts from Distribution Centres, actioning returns against work orders, maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site and stores, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of equipment and critical stock.

Experience
Previous warehouse experience is required.

About you
You should hold a valid, full UK driving licence and have your own transport. Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written skills are essential. An FLT licence is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. Basic computer skills, specifically in Excel, are required. You must be comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25 kg.
