£40,000 to £48,000 per annum.

About the Role
Exciting Opportunity: Join Thames Water on our mission to shape a sustainable future for generations to come. As a Sustainability Assurance Specialist, you will help ensure our Capital Delivery projects not only meet but exceed environmental standards and commitments. Your responsibilities will include promoting continuous improvement of environmental/sustainability performance, effectively communicating current environmental legislation and best practices, working with the Project Engineering team to identify process improvements, aiding project personnel in managing carbon and sustainability duties, assisting the Environmental team in various meetings and workshops, and raising awareness of carbon and sustainability targets throughout Capital Delivery.

Experience
Previous experience in the Utility industry is preferable.

About you
Educated to a degree or equivalent in environmental/sustainability or a related field. You should have an interest in project delivery and a passion for protecting and enhancing the environment. A proactive approach and adaptability to changing scenarios to solve problems while maintaining Thames Water standards are essential.

Qualifications
A valid driver's licence and access to a car are required for this role.
