Up to £46,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Process Controller to join us permanently. In this role, you will be part of the Effluent Stream team, overseeing the Sewage Treatment Process. You will play a key part in the site’s day-to-day operations, contributing to keeping the River Thames clean and supporting green power generation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, conducting visual inspections, monitoring and reporting analysis data, operating plant and equipment, interacting with stakeholders, conducting site inductions, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.

Experience
Previous experience in sewage treatment processes or other process-oriented roles is highly desirable.

About you
Knowledge of process industry plants such as pumps and dewatering plants, understanding of regulatory consents, and experience with SCADA systems are advantageous. You should be competent in using IT systems, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
A full UK driving license is required. A background in mechanical, electrical, or chemical disciplines is desirable.
