£35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on your level of experience plus car allowance.

About the Role
We currently have a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our Network Asset Maintenance team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that the upfront design and coordination of work is in place to make sure that our technicians and contracted partners have the prerequisites to start and complete our capital and planned maintenance programmes as scheduled. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the delivery of health and safety for all team members, delivering exceptional service to our customers, managing budgetary activities, and ensuring optimal performance from our suppliers. You will also assist in motivating the team and managing the upgrade, repair, and replacement of inoperable assets.

Experience
Strong skills in operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, H&S, stakeholder engagement, and customer focus. Relevant experience in coordinating for teams of internal and external stakeholders to deliver key KPIs.

About You
Ability to work with the Contracts Manager and under your own initiative to deliver specified work streams within SLAs. Competent at using appropriate company IT systems and office-based software, with preferable experience in GIS, Watercore, Waternet, Z-One, PI, SCADA, and MS Teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail.
