Are you looking for a dynamic role on exciting construction projects? We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a prominent project at Western Yards, with opportunities to progress onto a variety of future developments, including high-specification apartment builds. As a Site Operative, you will work closely with site management and qualified tradespeople, contribute to the smooth running of the site, be assigned daily and weekly work targets, and support the team in completing high-quality construction tasks to agreed standards and deadlines.

Experience
Minimum grade 4/5 (C) or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science (for apprenticeships).

About you
A can-do attitude with the drive to learn and develop new skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Maturity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues. A reasonable level of fitness to handle the physical demands of the role.
