About the Role
Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) is dedicated to advancing careers that make a tangible impact on environmental sustainability and the green economy. We’re hiring a Landscape Operative to join the team. This outdoor role requires physical fitness, reliability, and attention to detail. Key duties include operating mowers, strimmers, and other tools to maintain grass and landscaped areas, carrying out weeding, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, bed maintenance, and planting, completing hardstanding and kerb maintenance, following daily schedules and reporting progress using Timegate, maintaining tools and vehicles, ensuring PPE use, and following Health & Safety procedures. Effective communication with supervisors and prompt reporting of issues are also essential.

Experience
Grounds maintenance experience is a plus (training provided).

About you
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence and a good understanding of Health & Safety.
