About the Role
Join Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) as a Landscape Operative and contribute to our mission of advancing careers that impact environmental sustainability and the green economy. This outdoor role requires physical fitness, reliability, and attention to detail. Key duties include operating mowers, strimmers, and other tools to maintain grass and landscaped areas, carrying out weeding, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, bed maintenance, and planting. You will also complete hardstanding and kerb maintenance, follow daily schedules, report progress using Timegate, maintain tools and vehicles, ensure PPE use, and adhere to Health & Safety procedures while communicating with supervisors and reporting issues promptly.

Experience
Grounds maintenance experience is a plus (training provided).

About you
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence and a good understanding of Health & Safety.
