About the Role
Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) is dedicated to advancing careers that make a tangible impact on environmental sustainability and the green economy. Our mission is to connect talent with meaningful roles that support a low carbon future. In this role, you will carry out general gardening duties including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and planting. You will also support hard landscaping projects as needed, work closely with the team to follow maintenance schedules, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Clear and respectful communication with team members and clients is essential.

Experience
Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.

About you
You should have a positive attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. You must be physically fit and capable of handling outdoor manual work. A full UK manual driving licence is required (ideally aged 21+ for insurance purposes).
