Hours
40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 0500 - 1300 + working 1 in 4 weekends

Salary
£38,588 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

About the Role

In this role, you will organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect, prioritising the well-being of our people and service to our customers and communities. You will ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, and problem-solve operational challenges. Your responsibilities will also include delivering a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPIs, developing excellent relationships with client officers and residents, and ensuring operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements.

Experience
Experience in developing/mentoring people is essential. Experience in waste management is desirable.

About you
You should possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant experience and qualifications in environmental management or a related field are preferred.
